I always forget how hard this workout is. By the last couple of upper body reps, my arms are on fire! Those bands are deceptively hard!

I've been trying to get in shape for years. In May 2009 I turned 30. It's time to get serious. My family has a history of Type II Diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, obesity and everything else you'd expect from Black Folks from the South who deep fry everything then smother it with gravy. I'm changing that pattern for the better.
